Digiflex Label Warranty Information
All label counts are estimates and will vary +/- 5% from roll to roll due to inspection and finishing processes. High Gloss and Semi-Gloss label materials have been specifically designed to be highly absorbent to allow water-based inkjet inks to dry quickly. While providing for immediate smudge-resistance after printing, this characteristic also makes the sheet receptive to certain airborne contaminants and could result in a discoloration of unprinted areas. Proper testing in the final application environment is strongly recommended, especially when used on or near products with aromatic vapors or products containing volatile solvents.
As with all pressure sensitive materials, this product should be tested thoroughly under end-use conditions to ensure it meets the requirements of the specific application.
Warranty
All statements, technical information and recommendations about DigiFlex label products are based upon tests believed to be reliable but do not constitute a guarantee or warranty. All DigiFlex supplied labels products are sold with the understanding that PURCHASER has independently determined suitability of such products for its purposes. DigiFlex label products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 6 months from date of shipment. Purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty shall be the replacement of the defective DigiFlex label products or, at DigiFlex’s option, the issuance of a credit or refund in an amount up to the purchase price of the defective product. In no event shall DigiFlex be responsible for claims beyond the purchase price of the defective product.
DigiFlex shall not be held liable for the integrity and/or longevity of any text, photographic images, digitized images, graphics, bar codes, or combination thereof that are produced, generated, or otherwise transferred to substrates by the use of Digiflex supplied hardware or software nor is DigiFlex liable for the integrity, viability, or longevity of the data printed.
THE WARRANTY SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH ABOVE IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR USE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. DIGIFLEX SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER SUCH WARRANTIES. IN NO EVENT SHALL DIGIFLEX BE LIABLE TO PURCHASER OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
